I'm based in London but am happy to travel. After a discussion about the photographs you need I'll draft a licence to use (based on where, when and how long the photographs will be needed), and send a copy of the terms & conditions with a commission estimate.

The licence and terms & conditions are based on those recommended by the Association of Photographers, who also provide useful guidance about working with photographers.
